Scholarship Description:
Talented students are welcoming to apply for the Law School’s Dean’s Doctoral funding offered by the University of Auckland. The grant is available for international students for 2020-2021 entry.
The funding program will support the best-qualified students from across the world who want to pursue postgraduate Taught Masters programs at the University of Auckland.
Host College/University:
Auckland was established in 1883 as the largest university in New Zealand, and is also recognized as the country’s highest-ranking university. This offers participants with a variety of housing choices, and has six campuses.
Studying at Auckland is building important international relationships that will strengthen its capacity to perform as a research-led university which is competitive globally. Here students learn transferable skills that allow them to respond well and handle the multiple roles they can assume throughout their profession.

The doctoral degree program will be awarded in Faculty of Law offered by the university.
Scholarship Award:
The award value for 2020 academic year is up to $28,200pa, local PhD fees and (if applicable) health insurance.

Aspirants from across the world are eligible to apply.
Eligibility Criteria:
The conditions for qualification are as follows;
- Applicants will have to take enrollment to a doctoral degree at the University of Auckland before submitting the application for the opportunity.
- At university level, you must have accomplished an essential research project, dissertation or thesis.
