The eligibility criteria are as follows;
Applicants must have a master’s degree (or equivalent) in a related field from a recognized university or institution of higher education, or provide documentation indicating that they will earn such a degree before enrollment in a Central European University doctoral course of study.

The following application guidance is intended for candidates who wish to apply for the scholarships:
- Participants have to take admission in a doctoral degree program at the university. After that, they can complete the online application system for the grant.
- Academic writing submission, letters of Recommendation, academic records, and curriculum vitae or resume must be submitted.
- For admission, candidates must have a master’s degree (or equivalent) in a related field from a recognized university or institution of higher education
