Scholarship Description:
The Queen’s University Belfast School of Psychology offers PhD qualifications funded by the Department of Economics of Northern Ireland.
Fully funded associate ship is mandatory for all candidates with PhD’s and Master of Science who have or hope to receive an upper second class honors degree.
Host College/University:
Queen’s Belfast University was inaugurated as Queen’s College Belfast in 1845. This provides world class education and prepares students in a global society for leadership and citizenship.
At the Queen’s University School of Psychology, Candidates receive global honors and scholarships to study psychology at the UG and PG level.
Degree level:
Doctoral degree plan.
Field of Study:
The thesis is eligible at the School of Psychology for a PhD study.
Scholarship Award:
The Queen’s University Belfast grants full-funded student positions that can pay tuition and care for up to three years, based on the condition of the residency.
Nationalities:
All nationalities are eligible for application.
Eligibility Criteria:
The conditions for qualification is as follows;
- Applicants should have lived in the United Kingdom for a total of three years before the first day of the first educational session.
- If you are a child of a Swiss national or a Turkish worker or have an unlimited leave to stay in the UK, the applicant may be qualified for assistance.
- Candidates should hold or expect to receive at least one of the following degrees: 1) an honors degree in the upper second class for a professional degree like PhDs and a Master of Professional (MRes), 2) a degree in the lower second class for awards to obtain a Master of Science and Technology program.

To applicants wishing to apply to scholarships, the following application guidance is intended:
- Candidates must submit to the Queen’s School of Psychology for PhD enrollment.
- Before beginning the student’s career, candidates must be able to include official final qualification results to fulfill entrance standards.
- Candidates should have a degree or equivalent of at least 2.1 in psychology or a similar subject.
- When you submit for a PhD, you will have to show your English language skills.
